Working methods and materials
We label all components, from pumps and valves to tanks and other equipment. Design and production of signs and other materials is done according to your wishes, taking into account current laws and regulations.
We have carefully chosen our supplier of sign material through its solid experience of sign manufacturing, support and fast deliveries! The most common signs are made of acrylic plastic, the text is engraved and it gives a very long life!
The materials used for the signs are acrylic plastic, steel and labels. Outdoor signs are particularly vulnerable and can (if desired) be coated with UV laminate to make them extra resistant to the sun's rays and its fading.
Installation of signs (acrylic plastic) is carried out by using the appropriate accessories, e.g. plastic-coated steel wire, pop rivets, screws, glue, industrial tape or plastic/steel strips.
We also install signage material that has already been produced by you internally!
In cases where it is not possible to mount the signs directly on the equipment, we recommend that you manufacture an external fastening device (we can provide you with this as an option) that can be placed directly on the equipment concerned.
Experience
We have extensive experience in pipe labeling and how different process sections and chemicals should be labeled.

We design the labeling of tanks and unloading sites in accordance with the CLP Regulation hazard pictograms and SSG. We are also responsible for labeling projects from the beginning to fully labeled facilities. We have extensive experience in developing how different process sections and chemicals should be labeled.
When we label pipes, tanks and other process equipment, we work with established standards such as SSG and SIS that comply with the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations.
We work with everything from inventory of piping systems, flow charts (P&ID) and the properties of substances and chemicals to the choice of sign material/type and finally the installation of the signs.
