Inventory

When inventorying existing facilities, we thoroughly review the current documentation and compare it with how it matches the process section in reality. We check all components, from pumps and valves to tanks and other equipment.

In most cases, there are a number of non-conformities that have arisen over time, e.g. as a result of renovations. It may also be that processes have been changed, new products have been added, new equipment has been installed or that parts of a plant are no longer in operation.

In new projects and the construction of new facilities, we are often involved in the planning at an early stage. In the project, there are usually tight timelines set, and in order to prepare (and usually in the final stage of the project - Mount) an approved labeling, we perform our inventory by thoroughly studying ex, 3D drawings (NavisWorks, etc.) and other documentation available. Through this, we contribute to an approved, safe and quickly started-up plant.

It is essential that all changes in a process involving hazardous substances are continuously documented to reduce the risk of serious accidents and to comply with current laws and regulations, but also to minimize costs.

Documentation and drawing services

During the entire work process, from inventory to assembly, we continuously revise existing p&id (Piping and instrument documentation) flowcharts and create new ones where necessary. We update your database/documentation with the correct information and check/correct any incorrect links between database and flowchart.

We are very used to working with different drawing tools such as AutoCAD, BricsCAD and database management via Sitebase. However, we are flexible in our approach and we continuously train ourselves in the use of other software available to both new and existing customers!
